By jthibodeau ·
I am looking for options on a good help desk support logging system. I would really like it to be web enabled too. What can you kind folks suggest?

We use Trackit made by Intuit software. Works great for tracking help desk calls, inventory, insurance. Prints out easy to use reports and has both a desktop and easy to use web client.

software by ?

you can setup multiple problem groups, so there's one for development, one for pc and networking, even outside IT, facilities and others.

you can customize it and it all viewed and edited via intranet web pages. changes to a job order can trigger email notification of changes, you can add attachments, etc.

I think it is a bit more than a basic pc pkg

I have used the deom version on Trackit! and it works great. I have been trying to convince the powers that be that it would be an assest to the company.
