I'm working on a term project (Master's). I've been asked to provide "off site" rates and "loaded" labor rates. I've no clue what these mean.

labor rates

Loaded labor rates generally refer to the total cost of an employee which is salary, benefits, support and may include office space and other support stuff (phones, computers, fax, etc.) Off site is the same with the addition of expenses (travel, auto, lodging, meals, etc..) hope this helps
