I have a dell dimension 4400, not sure how old. I got a virus. Now it will not let me log in. goes to a windows advanced options menu, wont let me start in safe mode or start windows noramlly. i have tried to reboot the computer to factor, but it will not allow me to do that either. i do not know computers at all, really need help here. thanks.
