    Help forwarding my e-mail when gone

    I got 2 questions first is I need help forwarding all e-mail sent to me to be sent to three other people while Iam gone for the next two months.Iam using outlook 98 in a coparate setting.

    The second one is I need help configureing out how do I setup my outlook 98 at work to sent or forward all e-mail aoutomaticlly to my ISP account.or hotmail.

      You can use the Out of Office Assistant. Click on Tools, then Out of Office Assistant. Near the bottom, you will see a button to Add Rule and you can add a rule that will forward all mail to several addresses, one of which can be your ISP.

      The above answer only works if you have Exchange Server.
      However, you can use the Rules Wizard, select when messages arrive, next my name on to or cc, next foward to names or distribuition, finish all the settings, leave your machine on for the time you’re gone.

      The above answers work if your mailstore is MS Exchange. However, if you are using Outlook to download messages from a POP3 or IMAP server, you’ll need to contact your mail admin to sort out the requirements because the rules will only run when theOutlook client is running.
