HELP, I CANT CANCEL PRINT JOB IN XP PRO.

I cant cancel a print job that was sent to a network printer. When I try to cancel a print job, it says its deleting but is still there, even after a restart. I also restarted the printer, and that doesnt work. What methods are there to cancel a print job? Thanks for your help

On the file server, clean out the print queue. Do you have administrative rights on the queue?

If deleting the job on the network server does not work, you can manually delete the spool files from

%SystemRoot%\system32\spool\printers

either on the workstation or on the server
