Help–I Have A Virus

I was just notified with the following message:
“Antigen for Exchange found setup.exe infected withVIRUS= W32/KlezH@m (Norman) worm. The message is currently purged”. I have no idea what I have to do. I am so new at this. Please, step by step, can you help??
