    HELP! Is the new hardware that I have ordered compatible with each other?

    Hi all! I have a question about the new technology that I have bought to kit my old case out with, and whether or not it is compatible with each other and it would work. So pretty much my older brother has given me his old GTX 1060 6GB as he has bought a new graphics card. This has made me think about upgrading everything else, So I had a poke around online and looked at a few different bits and pieces to upgrade. Here’s what I found;

    -core I5-9400F 2.90GHZ
    -ASRock B450M Pro 4 AM4 M-ATX
    -Cooler Master MasterWatt 550 UK PSU’ Semi fan-less Modular

    RAM and fans I can salvage from my older PC so I don’t think I would need to replace (If you think I should change these please let me know as I have had my older PC, with those parts, for almost 5 years; I am fairly new to PC building)

    So to summarise; would those parts that I listed be compatible with a GTX 1060 6GB and what would I need to do (besides physically installing them) to get them running.

    If you have any advice feel free to tell me, I want to get into building PC’s and any help is welcome!! 😀
