Let me share my experience that I have had with Dell computers. I purchased a laptop for Christmas 2012. I had to send in for repair on Mar 22, 2013 and Dell replaced my hard drive and keyboard. I received it back on Apr 3 (ATTEMPT #1). I had to send the computer back on Apr 24 and this time they replaced the hard drive and operating system.
