Help Me Host a Website

Hi, we run a Lan of 35 PCs (win2k pro/officexp) from a Server using Win2k advanced server.

we pay for our website to be hosted, but now want to host our own, we will be getting some static IP addresses, and a newly designed website.

What do weneed to host our own web site, (seperate physical server? software?) I need a list please and some comments on cost comparisons etc.

I will increase the points for a really good “idiots guide” answer.
