Help me Im stuck in Windows 10 restart screen

I just built this new PC and have just updated Windows 10 but requires restart so I pressed the shutdown and update button and now I have been stuck in the restart screen for about an hour now. I need help!!!!

You can’t update a new PC.
Do a clean install from the disc or stick you make with Microsofts Media Creation Tool: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
