HELP! MS Outlook Networking

By topbudgetcomputers ·
I NEED HELP. I have networked a few computers together in a peer to peer system and am using win98. I shall be migrating to (win2k Pro later). I also use MS Outlook for my small business. I urgently need to configure all my computers to use MS Outlook that is on my machine. i.e. I need to map my MS Outlook so that my secretary and other staff can all access and use the very same MS Outlook.
Can someone please explain how this can be done in simple steps.
I have tried to create a shortcut frommy desktop to other desktops, but it does not work. I really need this by tomorrow evening and would appreciate all the help.
You can contact me directly on fsec@freeuk.com or post a reply on this site.
Thanks,
Fred

Not Practical

by Colorado Tech In reply to HELP! MS Outlook Networki ...

Where is your e-mail account? If its on a server set up seperate accounts for each individual and download the add in to Outlook to share your tasks and calender. If you're popping the e-mail down from the internet I would set up Outlook express on each machine for each individual. Your plan is flawed, and not practical. Move on to a different solution.
