Ok heres the deal. My OS is vista home edition.
I needed to download a new display driver for my graphics card because a game i was playing said mine were to old. SO i went to nvidia.com and found the latest driver. It said though that i need to delete my old display driver. So i found my display driver and deleted it. Thats when problems started to happen. My screen turned black and i had to shut off my comp because my desktop would not show. THen i started up my computer and my desktop showed but theres a black bar on the bottom and top of the desktop. My START bar is gone and i cant change the resolution or anything because when i right click and choose personalize nothing shows up. Also when i press control alt delete my screen will turn black and i have to restart. I also tried getting into safe mode but when i hold f8 nothing came up and then i tapped f8 and nothing came up. WHen i pressed f8 though it took longer to load into the desktop. I NEED HELP.. HOW DO I FIX THIS??
