Help needed, ASAP

by voldar . Updated 21 years, 8 months ago

Hi there,

If it were some time ago, I would have asked for help in the Q&A section, but now, I am really having problems with some networks – of course, a spyware “attack”. I tried anything, starting with Ad-Aware, and finishing with SpyBot, but it is not getting me to a concludent answer.
So, here it is my problem. If I logon into a domain/local (with any type of user accounts), each time, a web page splashes on my desktop, saying http://rev0lt.net/index.html, web page wich is empty, of course.
I used Ad-Aware, as local administrator, it finds some spyware programs, and deletes them all. I restart the computer, the web page splash into “my face” again! If I disable the NIC, and use the anti-spyware programs, everything is okay, even after I reboot, I have no more the web page splashing on my desktop. As soon as I enable the NIC, here it comes again :(.
I scanned the server, every computer, one by one, but it seams that is not getting me in a place to solve the problem. Ouch, I forgot to say, my users use roaming profiles, and I suspect that whatever I have in my network is profile resident. But although I scanned the server too, I had no results.
If anyone had this problem, with the web page getting to the http://rev0lt.net/index.html, I would be very gratefull to give some directions.

Thank you in advance!

VLAD
