I need help, my Pc doesn’t start up, when I turn it on,, the screen remains on the Dell logo, and it doesn’t load the OS (Windows 2000 Server), also if I want to enter to the Boot Menu or the Setup (F12 and F9), it displays a message saying that “the keyboard has been disabled”.
What can I do? Please answer me
