Help Please – Processor and Memory Diagnostic Utility ??

Hello,
I am planning to purchase a used memory and intel processor, before doing that i want to know how can i be sure that the given processor and the memory is 100% OK and there performance are good.

Is there any utility or any points to detect ??
Please Advice asap
