Okay, Our user has gone for one year. Thinking I could regain some space, I deleted his Groupwise account. I have not deleted him as a user on the system. Now, they tell me they need his “to do ” list! I’ve retrieved a copy of the “wpdom.dm”? file, yet, when I insert it it is refused as a sharing violation. So, do I have to shut down Groupwise within the system? or do I have to shut down the system itself? Then when I get his “FID” # what do I do with it? I’ve downloaded tons of “white” papers and they are all in “Greek” Do I have to go to a “command line interface” to do this?
