HELP: Remote Control Software Needed

Here the situation, we currently have about 600 users in the company and the current software we use doesn’t work with W2K or WXP. I need my Help Desk to be able to remote control a users workstation without any issues. I have checked around and there are a lot out there, but I am looking for some information as to which one is the best. Any information would help…
