Help required

I have been using NTL/Virgin Media PC Guard with no trouble for about a year, I had to reinstall it, it installs, but a fault shows on the screen PC Guard unable to load required security driver [pkt] then this no: 2146500093, I have checked on various sites, and I found this, There is no driver selected for the device or set eliment, I dont know if it is my problem or Virgin Media’s, and if it is my problem how do I fix it please.

I am using Xp Home Sp2
