what version of windows are you using?
      does your CDRom drive work?

That error is saying that it is looking for a driver (file) in that location mentioned, but the file is not there.

If you CDROM drive works, then that driver is not being usedand you can edit your config.sys and remark or remove that line.

If your CDROM drive does not work, then you have to deal with that.

Depending on the answers to above determines what to do next.

click start run and type “msconfig” without quotes and click selective startup now click the config.sys tab uncheck the line where it says “device=C:\OAKROOM\CDROM” or something similar.
Next click the autoexec.bat tab and uncheck the line where itstarts “mscdex….” if it dosnt exist just click ok.
next click ok save settings and restart when prompted to do so.
