Help to find the right website provider two types of customars

Hello,

I need help to find a web-platform that can do two types of logins from customer and provider.

Type 1, customers that buy the end product from “type 2”.
Type 2, is freelance designers that do work for “type 1”.

So I need “type 2” to make their own landing sites for “type 1” customers.

My plan is not that unlike how fivrr.com is set up, but will be at a much smaller scale and focused on one type of design, but will feature people like architects, graphic designers and illustrators.

I imagine something like 2-300 “type 2” in the future (I hope).
Each “type 2” will have their own “online shop” where they can set up their prices and bundles that can be purchased from “type 1”.
Our company will take a small cut for the store.

Are there any website builders that can help out with this?
Can WordPress do this?

This is not something you find ready to use by web site builders or say GoDaddy. This is still something your build with your CIO directing the programmers and you telling everyone what you want.

I must comment that once in a while a newish idea person will think they can create a clone of say Fiver or other sites using open source or free scripts. If you could then there would be no discussion like this as you would have found them with a web search.

This is something you or your company builds.
