    help w/ norton antivi realtimeprotection

    i’m unfamilar w/ computers, my screen keeps going black and the screen reads; norton realtime has not loaded. symevnt.386 not loaded ..i have norton antivirus corp. edition… i dont know how to reinstall norton. can anyone help..

      If you’re running a standalone, you don’t need the corporate edition and should be able to uninstall Norton and reinstall it with the original CD-ROM. If you’re PC/laptop is part of a corporate network, you may want to discuss this with your IT staff to make sure that you are not experiencing network problems when trying to load this software. If you’re not having network problems, uninstall the program, then reinstall it and try again.
