Update nothing, no software, no hardware, no winxp update. Then one day, on it’s restart, IT HAPPENS!!! out of the blue.

Windows XP Pro SP2 Traditional Chinese Version
AMD Athlon XP 1800+ CPU (1.54 Ghz)
2.50GB Ram
Checked no hardware failure, since I install a fresh copy of Windows XP Pro SP2 English Version on another partition, and it works. In fact, I am using it now to type this help message!
Any help will be much appreciated! Have been trying to work it out for nearly 2 weeks now. Please shed some light for me, any experts on there.
