Hi Guys
I hope you can help me with a query I have with a Macintosh. I have only really ever used PCs but need to use a mac for the time being but am having trouble with mac scanner drivers and photoshop. When attepting to import the twain 32 source I get two options which are 1) SCSI Scanner and 2) USB scanner
Because I am using a USB scanner I select this option but it always comes says “the scanner is not found”. Why is this?
I have installed the latest drivers which says it has been installed successfully. But I still get this message.
Can any of you guys let me know the following:
1. How I am able to completly remove all
previous scanner drivers from my Mac?
2. How to remove any software I want to
remove from My Mac?
Surely it should be simple to install drivers for you new scanner. But this does not seem to be the case.
