Help with BOOTMGR

By Osias ·

A couple of months ago I stuffed up my bootmgr/loader when trying to install a new partition. My OS is Win7.

In addition to that, I couldn't seem to use any of my other windows os installation disks. Every time I tried to boot up with one it gave me an NTLDR error.

So I decided to use my old hard drive that had XP on it to boot into win7. It worked, and I was using that method for about 3 months.

Last night though I decided to try and fix it again. I unplugged my old IDE drive and plugged the molex and power cable back into my DVD Writer.

I managed to successfully install fedora 9 on some free space.

Now I'm trying to figure out how to repair the boot loader on my Win7 partition from fedora, but I have no idea what to do. I've tried googling but with no luck.

So, could anyone try help me fix my win7 BootMGR from fedora? They're on the same partition if it helps.
