Help with drivers on windows XP

I have these pcs that I am making oS images for and they have differents Nics drivers on them. The OS work fine on them and I an wondering if there is a way to include the drivers of the nic somewhere so that the OS can pick up the needed drivers automatically after the systems are reimaged. Now, i have a folder on the local C:\ drive where I have drivers… Plz, help..
