I am looking for a very good template to document all of IT. This template is not project based. This should have systems in use, how they are connected, vendors, contact info, servers, software, backups, etc. This is intended to be a high level managers documentation. I had a very good template for another company, but can not seem to locate it now. Does anyone have a good table of content or outline?
