The spec for my new base unit is below.
I have connected the monitor and base unit and switched it on.When it boots a screen says “insert boot media in selected boot device” so i put vista in the cd drive and it goes a few minutes into the installation process, but when i have to select where to install it it says no drives where found and asks me to provide a mass storage driver for instalation.I have tried the cds i was sent with the base unit(other than vista i just have the one,MSI drivers and utilities intel chipset for win vista)but nothing works,it just says insert the installation media containing driver files.!!
I have had this base unit for over a week,i purchased it from PC OPTION and have been promised phone calls all week but no one has been in touch.Please help.
