I need help with my router, as mentioned in the title. It worked fine until my wife had trouble with the internet while i was away and called up Verizon or Netgear, she doesn’t remember. They had her change a bunch of stuff and our computer upstairs works but our wireless network went ka-put. Now my son has a laptop and we have an xbox 360 with a wireless bridge in the house also. The wireless network is there, I can see it on both the laptop and xbox 360, but i cant quite connect to the network. I seem to come to a wall with the Gateway, I’m not very tech-savvy when it comes to networks or anything, I’m mainly a media guy. Any help would be very appreciated. Thank you.
