To whom it may concern:
A printer on our network lost communications with our server. We have been able to bring it back and we can locate it on the HP JetAdmin Utility. We can not, however, get it to show up under the Control Panel where we want to add the printer to a client computer. Is there a function we need to complete under the JetAdmin utility in order to get it to show up under the network shared printers? Please help.
