Help with OFFLB.exe

I have Office 2007 and ever since I loaded it on my computer, Mainly Word and Outlook along with other office programs will freeze. When I do ctrl, alt, delete, there is at least one listing of OFFLB.exe and usually 2-3 of them listed. Once I end them, the programs release and start working. But usually within a minute or so, the cycle repeats itself.

Does anyone know how to correct this problem?

Could it be faulty software?

Would it help if I upgrade my memory?
