Help with VBS.LoveLetter.C(1)

I just got infected with the virus VBS.LoveLetter.C(1), and I quarantine all the files that got infected with Norton. My question is, is there a way I can restore my infected files or I am dead meat? I heard something that mp3 file can get restored but not the others is there some truth to this?

  You can try Inauculate orogram But is the filke in quarantined the it looks like you have to delete all infected files also what Anti Virus Program do you use check the Norton web site and run another online scan
