Help with video quality shot on Samsung Galaxy s10?
Hi,
I am having difficulty with video files recorded on samsung galaxy s10 phone. The video in question is a presentation and I am holding a a3 infographic which I am presenting from. In my phones gallery the video looks excellent quality, great saturation, exposure and the infographic colour looks great and readable. When I copy this file to my computer or go to edit it in Premier, the colour and quality goes really bad – it looks really desaturated and the infographic is so overexposed you can’t read anything, it just looks white. I have tried editing the footage but nothing works, it just makes it look really bad quality and nothing will bring down the exposure on the infographic!!
Has anyone else had problems with this or have any idea what is happening?
Have been trying different things all day to no avail, any advice appreciated!!
