Please I need answers to these Windows NT 4.0 questions
1. What can corrupt the NetLogon database
2. Can you force users to use a particular domain controller as the Logon server for authentication
3. How to copy the Directory database
4. What causes partial synchronization to occur
5. Is it possible to know the amount of print jobs on all printers at the same time? i.e the print queue
6. Which is faster in speed: Address resolution protocol(ARP) or Reverse address resolution protocol(RARP)
7. How can you avoid concurrent logon. i.e user should be able to log-on to one workstation at a time. No concurrent log-on to other workstation at the same time by the same user account.
8. How do you create MS-DOS disk from Windows NT4.0
9. The administrative tools do not sure on the Domain controller. What can be done to let it show

1 - There is no netlogon database so it can't be corrupted. There is a SAM database which stores id's and passwords. This can be corrupted by a system crash.

2 - Yes. Use the "logonserver" parameter in your logon script.

3 - What are you referring to?

4 - Changes to the SAM database from the BDC to the PDC

5 - No.

6 - Logically RARP.

7 - Setup home directories, force the mapping and allow only one connection. Any connection beyond the first will force a subroutine in the logon script to logoff the user.

8 - You CANNOT.

9 - If you want the administrative tools on you NT4.0 server then just copy their shortcuts or create shortcuts to the desktop.

Piece of advise - get some schooling or buy a book
