Need help trouble shooting Compaq Presario V2000 notebook w/Windows XP. Will not complete boot in safe mode. Tried to disabling auto reboot and last known config with no luck. Also went to BIOS setup and check date, clock which were fine. Ran hard drive self test in BIOS set up utility with the following results: Test status:#1-7 Fail.
