I am having problems setting up sync between my PDA and PC. I have an Axim X5 by Dell…I have downloaded the software that was on the disc that came with the PDA. When it asks me to plug the USB part of the sync cable into the PC and the other part into the PDA to connect, I do. However, after it tries to detect the PDA it then says “Device is not detected”.
I need help. I don’t know what I’ve done wrong. I just bought a brand new computer too. Therefore, I know that all of the USB ports work.
What do I need to do? Can someone walk me through this?
