Why Can’t I install Exch. 5.5 on a test box?
I am trying to install Exchange 5.5 on a Windows NT(4.0/SP 6a) machine, but
after the installation is almost completed, I get an error message that
reads “Exception in the e-mail address generation .DLL file prevented the
e-mail addresses from being created. Contact your gateway supplier” “MS
Exchange Server Setup ID # c1030b36”.
Then, the installation stops.
I have not been able to find an anwer anywhere…help!!
