Heres a tricky printing problem.

Ok heres the scenario:

I work for a large corporate company and i look after a small portion of their remote depots of which a few of them connect via our parent company then back to us using Citrix. Heres the problem.

The small depots im in charge of connect to an ISP, then they connect to a Citrix Server Farm set (which i do not administer) over the internet connection of which there are many servers in this, once they are connected to a Citrix session on this farm they then connect to servers that I administer to run various published applications ok so far? right. The problem ive got is that because i have no way of controlling which Citrix server they connect to BEFORE they hit the ones im in charge of their UNC path to their client printers is ALWAYS changing e.g \\thiscouldbeanything\Clientname\LPT1: . So most mornings they log onto a DIFFERENT Citrix server there printers are not mapped and they have to go throug a long winded process to create themselves two local printers again causing us major headaches on the helpdesk side. Ive tried talking to our sister company but as usual they are not interested. Does anyone have any ideas how i can get round this so no matter what Citrix server they connect to their printer
s will always work fine, HELP!
