hHow To Include Boot Sector Using Ghost?

I Have Ghost 10.0 How Do I Include The Boot Sector When Coping C Drive To Slave Drive. When Copying Is Over And I Make The Slave The Master, And Try To Boot, I Get File Missing Error.
Whats Wrong. A Friend Said It Did Not copy The Boot Sector? Thanks.
