My some users are getting this error message when they try to use Find and Advanced Find Option in outlook.
Error : Too many Find Public Folders Dialogs Box Open.Do you want to to close all the box.And when user press yes or not then error comes this folder does not exist.
I issued one command : outlook.exe /cleanfinders on all the user computers but this did not work.
So is there any solution for this problem.
I would appreciate if someone provide me solution as soon as possible.
Thanks and regards.

The problem, according to Microsoft Knowledge Base article Q240697, is that a previously-defined Advanced Find was saved and is now corrupt. Fortunately, that article includes a solution to this problem, as well. You'll need to log off of Outlook, then go to Start | Run and enter the following command: outlook /cleanfinders.
This will remove your saved searches and fix the problem.
