I have problem in the User profile
I dont got data from USer destop thats why it is more important subject for my company,

Your user profile is likely corrupt. You can try a few things, like chkdsk to repair bad spots on the disk.

Otherwise, you may need to create a new profile and copy the old profile to the new.
then delete ntuser.dat from the old.

I applaud your skills at interpreting the issue. I couldn't even figure out what it was. I thought maybe he had a problem and needed a sys admin, or that it's a subject more important to his company than to the rest of us, but until your reply, I couldn't get that they user profile was a problem.

You're also right... User profile issues are something that a first level help desk person should know how to fix.
