Hi everyone. I have been searching the web and I’m having difficulty locating the correct software. I thought perhaps there might be someone here that could suggest something. The suspected user uses Windows XP Professional and Outlook Express 6.
Problem:
A certain user in a company is suspected of sending confidential company information to persons outside of the company. His/her outgoing emails now needs to be monitored.
Capabilities of needed software:
The software installed on the user’s pc must be able to run hidden, it must be installed only on this one user’s pc, it must be able to forward all outgoing emails to a specified email address without the user knowing about it and it must be a freeware program.
It must not record the sent emails on the user’s computer for later viewing, I have located plenty of this software. It must just forward every outgoing email to the email address of the owner of the company.
The owner of the company does not want to spend any money on the problem mentioned above. I was just asked to locate the software, nothing more and nothing less. Any help anyone is able to give me would really be appreciated.
