I’m stumped again.
NT Server w/ Exchange 5.5(Build 2650.24 SP3)
I have set limits at 15M for email storage for all employees. Many people go over the limit and they receive a warning that they did so. They simply start to delete some email and they are OK. Some have deleted all their email after receiving a warning but they keep getting the warning. Then I look at the mailbox resource and they are indeed over the limit but their email program (Outlook) says they have no mail.
Does anyone know how I can fix this?
