I work in a High School and the district recently purchased HP 6715b laptops. My group policy prevents them from accessing the laptop C drive and control panel. The students have found they can remove the NIC and wireless by using the add remove hardware feature in the toolbar. I do not want to disable this feature, but need to prevent the NIC and wireless device from being seen. Any reg hacks or GPO that will prevent disabling them?
