Hide Internet Explorer Options

I have forgotten the registry edit to hide the options menu or general tab in Internet Explorer, either will do.

Group Policy Objects is most likely a better answer.
User Configuration/Administrative Templates/Internet Explorer is the area you are seeking.

The specific registry key Dword you are searching for is NoBrowserOptions which should be set in either:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Restrictions]

-OR-

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Restrictions]
