Hiding a SETI@Home Icon

By BorgInva ·
I have a Windows 2000 PC and have nothing in my system tray. I use my SETI program and it gives me the normal green icon. I want to know how, within the registry maybe, I can hide this icon. I want to see if I can keep my tray clean of icons.
I looked ito programs that do hide system tray icons but they add on their own icon.
So does anyone know how i can in the registry change a setting to hide the icon? If I want to run the program to see my stats, I can just execute the icon on the desktop.
500 points now and I promise 500 more for the simplist helpful answer my points can buy!!!!
Hmmm, maybe I should do sales work.

Hi

Try this link:

There is a link to download the SETI Icon Remover, which is exactly what you are looking for.

Good luck
