hiding an option in dual boot sytstem

I have Windows 98 SE and Windows 2000advanced server with dual boot system. When my pc boots up it shows both operating system on which I wish to log-in. I wanna show only one option i.e. Windows 2000 option. I don’t know whether it is possible to hide Windows 98 option even it is installed.
Any help will be appreciated.
