Hiding Internet properities

By philldmc ·
I am setting up a netbook as a tester for a computer lab. It has windows 7 home edition. I am not planning on joining this to our domain.

When I added a generic account called Students and gave it standard rights when I tried to edit the internet properities I was pleased that this was greyed out. So I chose to run as admin, make the adjustments, set home page, default searches, etc. However after running as admin is seemed to have unlocked the properities for the standard user. How do I set it back so the standard user can't make these adjustments?
