I have a user with Outlook 98. He has created a personal Distribution list of about 90 email addresses. When he sends email using the list name the emails, still go out with all 90 names and addresses listed. Is there anyway to hide all the names and addresses and just show the list name? He is afraid of getting in trouble for publishing some of the email addresses. He is a lawyer what can I say?!?
