    High ram usage

    First off i want too think anyone reading this.

    I have a problem with laptop using a high amount of ram and it sometimes results in applications being slow, games not running properly and other problems.
    I have 8GB ram(1×8 ) in my laptop.
    Task manager says that its using 70% of my ram while only having chrome, spotify and discord open.
    I already tried changing some things in the register but they didn’t seem too change anything.

    Hope someone can help me!

      1. Close unnecessary programs from Task Manager.
      2. Disable startup programs from Task Manager.
      3. Disable Superfetch service. Type “Windows + R” keys, and then type “services.msc” to open Services window
      4. Increase virtual memory.
      5. Defragment hard drives.
      6. Run the Antivirus Program or if you are already running Windows Defender, uninstall other Antivirus Program.
      7. Reinstall Windows 10.
      8. Increase physical memory.
