Highly available redundant servers

By murad_77 ·
I am Murad Ali . My client have only two Servers. One is Dell server and other is Intel Server.
on both servers Window 2003 server R2 is installed. they are serving 20 client computers.
Dell Server works as Primary Domain Controller and Intel Server Works as Additional Domain Controller.

I have a folder with name Backup on E drive of Each Server. This Backup folder further contain
the following folders.

Data
Config
DataLOG
EventLog

Now i wana to implement DFS such that:

All of above folders maintain same data each and every time on both servers. That is they replicate with in miliseconds accuracy.

If Dell Server ( whic is PDC ) goes down, then Intel Server ( which is ADC ) TakeOver seamlessly.

When Dell Server ( whic is PDC ) is back on-line(failback) , it sychronize its data
withe Intel Server ( which is ADC ).

kindly guide me how How much DFS can help me for above scenerio.

Also if there is any other facility in Window 2003 Server or any third party tool for above scenerio , Kindly tell me.

If one server goes down , then other take its functionality seamlessly without disturbing clients.

Soon and detail response will be highly appretiated

Regards.
